We deliver all-in-one microgrid systems for high-end villa communities in Andalusia, Spain. Adopting LONGi solar modules, our solution enables on-

site power generation, energy storage and emergency backup power against grid blackouts. Projects are eligible for EU INEA funding support.

Project Background

Southern Europe suffers from unstable public grid supply, proven by the massive Iberian blackout in April 2025.

A large number of luxury villa projects are under construction along the Costa del Sol (Marbella, Benahavís, Sotogrande). These high-end residential communities demand stable emergency backup power and reduction of electricity expenditure.

Compared with Greek villa renovation projects limited by heritage protection regulations, newly-built Spanish villas support standardized microgrid installation and scalable mass replication.

Policy & Risk Considerations:

✅ INEA subsidy has limited budget and follows a first-come, first-served rule. Full application documents must be prepared in advance. Construction cannot commence before receiving official subsidy approval; otherwise subsidy eligibility will be revoked.

✅Lithium batteries will degrade naturally. The budget needs to reserve funds for battery replacement within 8–10 years.

✅ Spanish energy laws and electricity pricing policies may be revised, which will affect long-term financial return forecasts.
