The defining characteristic of our flexible solar panel technical specifications is our advanced, frameless architecture. Designed for specialized commercial and outdoor deployments, our modules utilize a proprietary multi-layer polymer lamination process.
Zero-Glass & Zero-Frame Design: Our products contain no heavy aluminum frames and no rigid tempered glass. This dramatically reduces weight (up to 70% lighter than conventional panels) and allows the modules to be bendable and rollable.
Surface Encapsulation: We utilize premium ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) fluoropolymer for the top layer, providing exceptional light transmittance, high durability against micro-cracking, and superior weather resistance in marine and industrial environments.
Structural Integrity: The ultra-thin profile does not compromise reliability. The internal matrix is designed to absorb mechanical stress during flexing, ensuring uninterrupted energy generation even on curved surfaces.
